元旦に搾られる、生酒。
新政酒造の一年はこの酒から始まります。

フレッシュな酸と、
スタイリッシュでもありながら
もぎたての果実のように膨らむ米の表情。

新米の個性を最初に確かめる
実験的な一本でもあります。

An experimental release

先日、毎年恒例となっている蔵視察として、
私たちが最も大切にしている日本酒のひとつである新政酒造を訪ねました。

酒造りにおける技術的な学びはもちろんのこと、
蔵元・佐藤祐輔氏の酒造りに向き合う姿勢、
そしてそれを支える蔵の皆さまの想いに触れ、
私たちにとって非常に有意義な時間となりました。

一杯のお酒の奥にある哲学や情熱に、改めて深い敬意を抱くと同時に、私たち自身も、日々の仕事により一層真摯に向き合っていきたいと感じています。

豪龍久保では、新政酒造のお酒を最良の状態でお楽しみいただくため、グラスの選定から温度管理に至るまで、細やかな配慮を重ねています。
