料理はその現場から始まります。

本日も、良い魚と出会うことができました。

産地の空気ごと、
店へ持ち帰ります。

Fish come from the sea,
and cuisine begins at its source.

Today again,
we were fortunate to find beautiful fish.

We bring not only the fish,
